FRUIT CEREAL




FRUIT CEREALS ARE AN EASY, CREATIVE BREAKFAST THAT IS PACKED FULL OF VITAMINS, MINERALS, AND PROTEIN!

Don't be afraid to be creative and add your own twist to things. This is just a basic outline of the breakfast I make for my family.

CEREAL
-1 container of organic strawberries (sliced)
-1 container of organic blueberries
-2 organic bananas (sliced thin)
-1/2 cup of raw sunflower seeds
-chopped up walnuts, pecans, almonds, brazil nuts...any nut(s) of your choice
-handfull of raw hemp seeds
*add kiwi, plum, peach, nectarine, apple...anything in season, anything that makes your taste buds dance!

RAW MILK
- milk from one young coconut (approx. 2 cups)
-meat from young coconut
-1/4 cup organic cold-pressed coconut oil
Blend until smooth, creamy, milk-like consistency

If you do not have access to young coconuts, try this:

-1 1/2 cups of water
-1 banana
-1 package of raw hemp protein powder
